The Dystopia of the Tech Industry
A lot of these companies claim to be utopian campuses where people got free massages and live their best lives. And kind of what we're seeing these days is they're dystopian. When you look across the tech industry, the layoffs have disproportionately hit people who were working in diversity, equity and inclusion roles. I think that these CEOs should be held accountable for this.
