CVS has an amazing accessibility team. I think we have over 150 people working on accessibility alone. So it's phenomenal place to be surrounded with people who are like-minded and experts in accessibility, which is really rare in tech companies. And then also, yeah, just the kind of determination and willingness to learn even through a job search, I think is huge. Yeah. There's so much in there that is so great.
