Rberta: My career has not been linear at all. It was instructional designer, u x designerpro manager in o, researcher. I don't know if i'd recommend it to other people to but it i it gave me a lens in different perspectives. Now when i talk to people, i have so much empathy that i understand the types of decisions that need to be made. What can i do to help out? And i think it build a lot of ampathy with my team mates too, cause they they understand. We can talk the same language.
