How to Deal With an Ex-Partner
I'd deal with the current situation first. I'm literally keeping the investment property aside and just build cash for the next couple of years. And then it's a decision. It's like a new partner. You could chat with a lawyer and look at binding financial agreements. Like, the whole priority for you at the moment is to not be contributing one cent to anything when the ex is still out there. Cause there could be some claim or whatever, and you could lose your money. The root cause here is, you know, I'll be very crass. You got to get him off the thing. But like, you've got your health that needs to get back and happening.
