CMB Specific Immune Monitoring
There are a couple of tests out there. The Quantifier on CMB, which is sort of like Quantifier on TB, looking for a T-cell response to CMB. There's another similar test called T-Spot CMB,. And I actually helped lead the largest trial in kidney transplant recipients. But unfortunately those two have not worked out so well for the D plus or minus population. If we could have things that would predict the risk of infection, recurrent infection with these diagnostics, that would be wonderful.
