When a leader does not address the problem, the real problem is no longer that problem. Acknowledging the problem is the first step to overcoming passivity. Engage or your staff will not. When you serve a healthy leader, the organization gets better. Once there's forward momentum, it's easier to adjust a moving car than one that's sitting still. An average plan is better than no plan.
