How to Communicate Quarterly With Clients
Communicating on a quarterly basis is okay internally, but it becomes an issue when you start communicating with clients. And I'm actually not sure we've found 100% a good approach to dealing with this. The best thing is just to be upfront about the challenges that you see and most of your clients will have a development part of the organisation. So they will understand to some degree. Sometimes I also decide that we do not communicate it until it's actually done. And then we put it in production behind a feature flag and activate it on a specific day. Yeah.
