Are We Going to Release Any Master Classes?
Programs are more for those who want a structured plan to follow. You can choose whether you want to work out three, four or five days a week. Lazy? I would probably recommend following the three day week program and seeing how you go with that. If you're somebody who works out more than three days a week, then those other days, you can do a master class.
