Fred Hopper: I've read enough white supremacists to last me a lifetime. They're racist in a different way than what I'm familiar with. The Jarrat Taylor and the white supremacist literature is so infantile, it's so secondary. If you want to read racist stuff, read Calhoun, read the Hegelian. He says Piketty uses literature from the 19th century to make his point.Hopper: When you read your enemy and he's articulate and he's presenting things in new ways, bringing in literature can be very powerful.
