Etherium is a decentralised, peer-to-peer payment system. It's not clear if it will have privacy by default or just allow users to opt out of certain features. There are currently ten separate development communities working on different parts of the project. The team at ethorium has been trying to work together for six months but hasn't reached an agreement yet.
