The Meaning of Empathic Pronouns in Conlangs

The goals of this conlang are very much different from what we are thinking of in terms of sort of naturalism and stuff. The idea that not only do they distinguish between creatures that have empathic abilities and that don't, but they also will include species that are intelligent into the empathic category for no particular reason other than they want to associate with them or something. That actually makes a lot of sense to me outside of the whole science fiction aspect of it.
