The mind affects the body, and the body affect the mind. As soon as i noticed i was in a poor state, physically or emotionally, to change something quickly. When someone's depressed, they don't have to tell you, i'm depressed. You can look at em and you can see their cadence of their speech is different,. Their shoulders are in a different position, their back is in a Different Position (DPS) They even blink slowerand, you know, all this stuff. So so is the act of being depressed forcing your body to do that because there's just no gas left in the tank? Or is it that they're cues from the body that are letting
