Why You Shouldn't Use Decisional Filters
Philip egway: I always use decisional filters instead of values. Usually that happens because you don't have any decisional filters, he says. And so just having all these things allows you to make rash, not rational, but consistent decisions. The business is going to operate at the speed of trust - it's what we talk about in the book. He then goes on to explain how a company can be more successful if they show consistency and care for their customers.
