What's Going on With Opioid Overdoses?

In the last decade, illicitly manufactured synthetic opioids have taken over. Fentanyl has nearly wholly penetrated the heroin supply in really many parts of the country. We are seeing unintentional overdose deaths related to use of cocaine and that means we are also seeing a huge burden of pressed pills which contain fentanyl.
