I love that you underscore the importance of optimizing or strategic rhythm. And we talked a ton about that over here in the biggest scale. One thing that we really want to do some more online is looking at understanding our infraity and rhythm. It's actually something that women who are going to red laws when they're replacing progesterone, oftentimes our doctors will tell them to apply it at night because it actually can improve their sleep. I'm not currently drinking coffee because, hey, once a girl, yeah, I just, I got my cortisol levels back and they were way too high.
