The Rise and Fall of Jiang Yeng Tim

Wei Dao Ming was China's ambassador to the US from 1942 to 1946. He replaced Chun Yi as governor of Taiwan in 1947. Jiang Kaishik wanted to ameliorate a situation that basically he caused. The new governing body, established May 16th, 1947, was an attempt to shed some of the toxic slime that had attached itself to the Taiwan Provincial Administrative Office previously headed by Chun Yi.
