The Roots of Victoria Day
On or around May 24 people from Six Nations drive over to the arena, line up and collect a big slice of bread and a hunk of cheese. There's like a little fair set up with like rides and snacks. To understand the roots of the day, we have to understand Six Nations relationship to the British crown. Our relationship is unique and really different from other indigenous nations.
