Is It the Neotomous That Are Writing the Manuals?

There's this mixture of summaries that feel a bit more like Tanker. And then there's also commentary, which is probably going to be more within St. Thomas' teaching style. I was wondering if you would suggest that it's the neotomas that are writing the manuals in the sense that Gary Gu is talking about. But they were actually getting into a lot more detail and didn't just have a manual.
