A development always doesn't mean immediate exit or an exit strategy. A development could be for the purpose of rentaland and so we understand that. So i don't think you have a lot of zeros to fall into the development conversation involv so and they could be very crativ snow, so what i'm getting at here though is, if there's the exit strategy is really turning it into a rental, then the ubet tax is going to be a lot further away from a conversation. You're not creating paper lots and curb and gutter because you're going to build it,. It's ila developmente but the end game is rennalizing your property. Would
