The Value Based Approach to Health Care
The strategy is to target those clinical areas where the evidence was very clear that there were alternatives to the previous models of care. The key enables that would really help us to move towards a more value based approach. So it's kind of a too prompt approach where we've identified our clinical areas where we could have short term gains and really work with finisions at implementing them, as well as our implementing across the system.
