In an applied sense let's say you're consulting with some coaches or athletes and you've seen some other research group somewhere in the world they've done a new interval study investigating the acute responses to a new type of session. They find that the acute response session has a very high time near VO2 max at 90% or above. How confident would you be in saying that you should try this interval session?
