The Nietzschean Story of the Retraction of God

In Kabbalah, we have this idea of that seems to him the retraction of God as part of the creative process. The deus opts can dietis, the allowed absence of God is real or perceived. And so I believe one could formulate the rationalist approach in a way that comes very close to the nihilistic one. For all intents and purposes, there's no way to interact with God.
