Set expectations upfront is probably the best way of doing anything. I rather have experience where someone says, Hey, a customer service rep can get to you today. But here are some questions you could answer. Then hold on. You're a four hour wait to your next call like the delta like the airline experience. It's not just about being available and every one of their touch points. It's very much setting the expectations appropriately.
