The Importance of Having a Split Planning Meeting

I've ended up having to extend the sprint planning. Or in a bad scenario where that hasn't been possible, say, okay, this cycle, we're just going to have to do a half like a one week sprint because we haven't gone two weeks worth of work. I think when Scram works is when, hey, we set these goals and we hit these goals and the team feels like there's momentum and that kind of success really helps drive the project forward.
