You should also look into asking the sales person that you're working with, how many unlocks that the listing has had. You know, are there a lot of people looking this over what period of time have they had in the offers? What happened with those offers? Now, sometimes that information will be readily shared with you. Sometimes it won't be. So but it's always worth asking the salesperson to get a sense on where the business is at and what the buyer pool for that business looks like.
