"I think the thing, the thing that gets tricky here is you're relying on people to be able to make enough sense of what is happening in the system," he says. "Having some signal around whether that experiment, that particular piece of work, is necessary ... is probably a more valuable first step than trying to fully define the role" He adds: "If it's easy, if it comes easily, maybe add a few bullets on what we think they might be doing at an activity level."
