I Think the Soft Skills Are Really Applicable to Everything You Do, Right?

I think for me, it's just in general, whether you're talking about having clients as a contractor or a freelancer. I think there's a lot of understanding how to connect with people, how to respect people and all that kind of translates. And then also just reading, I'm finding up my current job, we're a small team and so learning how to read the pulse is really important.
