Is It Better to Reach Out by Text or Email?

Good communication, whether it's impersoned communication or text communication, gets measured at the listener's ear. It actually only takes a minute to have a conversation with somebody and say, what is the best way for me to approach this? And i do think this is a place where managers in particular, have a tendency to sort of over complicate their trying to create a system. Ty: One thing that i'm very aware of is that i go out of my way not always ping someone, only when something has gone wrong.
