Mexican troops kidnapped Texas family. That really should be headline news. Was that the beginning of the second Mexican American war? So this is a wild Newsmax story where a guy named Robert Mopin claimed that he and his family had been kidnapped by as many as eight Mexican soldiers who had crossed the border to capture him. Mysteriously they were let go. It's unclear why they would do this considering that his land is in the United States but let's not get lost in the news.
