Dog Training - Is This Dog a Good Candidate for Handling?

I wouldn't give this dog to my staff likely was the Dutch Shepherd that I worked with, I think last year. That comes from a history of also not giving it F. And he just was like, do don't tell. He's one of those dogs that in the beginning, he probably was, he got get away with something. So we ended up scatter feeding and not necessarily avoiding the situation,. But we were proactive instead of reactive to the conflict of the reaction. Cause his drive for food was stronger than his ballsy attitude.
