A Decentralization Strategy Can Be Very Powerful

This is in many ways, this is an info war, a war of awakening. And we can see, especially from more recent military history, you can see similar ideas. A decentralization strategy, you fight in a decentralized way. It's called guerrilla warfare. That's exactly what the Vietnamese did to the American army. They just, they had all these spread out. But again, it has the potential. I'm not saying one side was morally better or worse. These are just examples of centralized versus decentralized.
