Taiwan is denied membership to WHO. They were allowed in after SARS when Taiwan was not involved. After China's preferred candidate lost the presidential election and more sort of separate from China Party, Canada, one, China kicked him out of WHO again. So just to be very clear, like the view here is that WHO is a political tool and pawn in the hands of China.
