I changed my breathing pattern completely because i wasn't trying to oxygenate the body as much as you can. The day i stopped trying was the day i made the most gains. I think that's what we're all searching for, is this beautiful homeostasis where we're not an this, it's a struggle free state,. It's like the gap between stimulus and response.
