Is There a Probability of Wining in a Tournament?
There's an assumption that among the three teams in any branch of the playoff bracket, they are equally likely to win. I wonder if you can somehow use past data to sort of look at how you're seated and then use that to come up with a probability of your likelihood of winning. You kind of assume that the seat is some probabilistic value on the score that you'll ultimately get.
