We Lose Resonance

The ark of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice. He lifts communal energy through the power of resonance. The rational or cognitive universe of modernity is a mute universe in which no other voices but those of human beings can be heard. When geographic space becomes back drop and one place is just as good as another then we have lost resonance. This frees us, in a terrible way, to destroy that with which we do not resonate. We cano devastate landscapes with which we have lost all resonance.
