How to Set the Scene for a Successful Product Launch
I just want to build my own perspective on how important it is to kind of understand the setup of your team, organization, product and then find a process that works for you in that ecosystem. Take factor in when you go for a process or when you try to figure out how often do I ask feedback? Who do I need to build alignment with? How do I make sure that everybody stays on the same page as so on? Factor in the kind of particularities of your project. Find a recipe, right? But that recipe isn't universal. It always depends on the context, the setup, the specificness of your organization. And so that's the last point I wanted to make
