The Benefits of Methionine Restrictions

There's something called this integrated stress response, where when you take away the essential amino acids to the body, the body goes through this process of autophagy. And I believe that there is some benefit to upregulating this system. If an individual will go through, say, one week, every three months of a methionine restriction, which is unbalancing those amino acids,  I think that that will likely be a sweet spot.
