Areayes, a worker co operative is an organization that is ned and run by its workers. Profits are either re invested into the business or distributed amongst the worker owners. My experience is that these organizations require just extremely high level of care and compassion over and above what momaning people are used to in their work lives. But with that care and compassion, absolutely the they can work.
