The E-Triple P's and the Premier League
The E-triple P's had a pretty transformational effect on the, you know, the academy landscape within the UK. I think what it really did help to do was create environments which allowed players to get a lot more contact time with their coaches. It drove a much better coach education framework. The games program had huge benefits because the Premier League would fund various tournaments and competitions. You know, the welfare provision for players as well is very important. Both on and off the field and players need support ultimately, they need to be cared for. So I think the E-Triple Preally built in that support network and framework for the players"
