Coaches - Are You Working in Your Own Way?

I think when I came to Glasgow I was sort of looking slightly differently at the game or the way I played was my best slightly different and that'd be about 10 years ago now 11 years ago. But in France they can have left me through my own thing right. Maybe with a language barrier at the start I wasn't really on the not not on the same page but we weren't able to communicate that much as to what we wanted to do, how we wanted to attack and whatever. The more or the bigger rugby is getting the more modern it's getting there's more and more players from different different backgroundthere's different lice before rugby that coaches are going to need to get better
