By filing an employee, you actually have more to lose than just the job. Over se as a contractor andefy a contractoron or he can find another client. Filing e employ has more downsit agreed. And typicallya these, these are people who want to stay on a job for a long run. They trade their freedom, gaint for realliability. But it reminds me of thi argument i sometimes make about football coaches or general managers and sports: they are very riskovers.
