The Importance of Naming Intentionality in Storytelling
Non verbal communication is involuntary and it is unedited, by definition. Her right brain is going to read your face to determine what you think about that sexual thing that she did. Principle six: There is always a reason for human behavior. Human beings are intentional creatures. Most people prefer to think of their stories as stories of neglect. In this example, the emotional distance between the story teller and their dad may be due to neglect.
