Richard Reeve is a Senior Fellow in Economic Studies at the Brookings Institution. He will continue to work on issues around heel jobs and occupational categories that are more based around people, such as care professions. We've really reinvented what it means to be a mom but we haven't done so for fatherhood, he says. "We need to make more progress in helping to create a new script for fathers"
