Many companies say diversity initiatives are the only thing they're doing to address inequities within a company. What it requires instead is what my industry advertising prides itself on, and I use it in energy delivery. It requires extremely ingenious strategy and highly creative execution. You need to ensure that every single point along the business,. you know, creation, production, distribution pipeline is absolutely integrating diversity inclusion as opposed to simply what looks good.
