The Importance of Mobility in Weighted Exercises
The PC answer in a sense is technique then force. Don't take an obvious athlete and load 200 pounds on the bar and expect them to back squat it. If you wait for everything to be perfect, you might never get to add on weight. You do need to have solid technique. And there's appropriate progressions.
