How to Increase Your Resting Heart Rate

A good resting heart rate is going to be around 60 or potentially lower. Electrolytes of course allow us to absorb our water and stay hydrated. The one I always recommend it's super easy is adding a pinch of sea salt or Himalayan salt to your water.
