Do You Need to Run Aby Test?
The second most used use case of data ad and my own job is to run ab test. And unfortunately, a lot of the teams are doing aby test in the very wrong way. This is because at ionther day, you cannot claim any credit, or you cannot prove that you have done th improvement to the product. The third example, again, last one on the least, is how data is important to rally the team. I think this is one of the most or more neglected ones.
