What Happens When Things Go Wrong With the State Planning?
There are a couple of avenues if you believe that the person who set up the estate plan either didn't have capacity to make those decisions at the time or was under some undue influence. You may say oh this person had very severe health issues and was like in the hospital and he got them signed by his bad brother while on morphine. The other matter of undue influence is you knowoh grandma lives with this one daughter she's taking care of her. She's you know feels that she's owed, so maybe that daughter is all- sudden getting a bigger share because she's been saying every night at dinner well you know I deserve more.
