Zomato insists on collaborating and not competing with his stake holders like restaurants. Most of them are unhappy with the high commissions, bundling of services or advertising dollars that platforms like zomato charge from them. The third is or data masking. So when you, as a customer, order on line through the ap, we don't get to know whose ordering. And second is, if there is any cose or preferences or engagement with a customer, we are unable to do that.
