meditation and physical exercise have been shown not only to make your brain more efficient at using these self control systems, but they actually make these systems bigger and better connected. What you eat has a very big influence on whether or not your brain is to be this better version of yourself. And so everything that takes a little bit of will power to begin with ends up giving you back far more will power than they take. So the first experiment wijust get some more sleep. Second experiment, want you to think about recent setback you had, or a kind of a will power failure. Bcase, i want you to thinking of a recent time when you had some kind of willPower failure.
